The best kind of projects are the ones you design for, hoping that it comes to fruition. The design is like the pep rally of the project. The designer gets to generate the enthusiasm. At least, that's my opinion. I started working on the Little Chute Brewing Company branding when a friend came up with the idea and planned on approaching the city council in search of approval. I was tasked with designing some logos to get the community hyped up on the idea of a brewing company and tap room in town. Little Chute is a very tiny village in Wisconsin, situated right next to Appleton; the central hub of the area. A windmill was recently constructed in Little Chute to both generate tourism and pay homage to their very Dutch roots. We wanted this to play a large role in the branding of the brewing company. Although the idea has been put on the back-burner, these designs help keep the fire stoked.
